This retreat is for those who want to practice loving self-care for the mind and body and dispel the stress of every-day life. Our hope with this retreat is that we create a safe sanctuary for rest, reflection and restoration and that through thoughtful yoga practice, wonderful food and in beautiful company we learn to strengthen our minds and relax our bodies, finding inner balance.
