• A vegetarian lunch served in the Garden View Conservatory on both days, a 3-course dinner on Thursday evening, and a seasonal 5-course dinner on Friday evening.
• A two-day yoga program at the Ballymaloe Grainstore,as well as guided meditation, breathwork, and deeply restorative practices.
